J&M Enterprises is a registered sole proprietorship that was established 15 June 1983 as a resource recovery enterprise. J&M was the first recycler in NM to recover and market post consumer plastic.
J&M Enterprises maintains a one million dollar general liability policy with J.S. Ward and son and upon successful award of the bid will provide a cover letter listing the agency as an additional insured. We are also the only metal recycler in New Mexico registered with the NM Environment Department as a registered recycling facility and James Bly is a licensed recycling operator with the state of NM. Our certification number is 00128. James is also a certified first responder with the state of NM and holds a class 8 CDL. We are registered with the EPA under the Stormwater Act of 2002 and the Clean Air act of 1991. We are voluntarily inspected by both the federal and state regulatory agencies and have had no violations since 1995. J&M Enterprises has been a member of the largest trade association of the scrap industry, The Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries since 1995. In 2003 James Bly was awarded the Isreal Proler award for excellence in the recycling industry.
